1.SEMI-CUSTOM

Our semi-custom floor plans allow for customization through our 4 offered palettes. The layout of the build is pre-determined and depicted in our floor plans pages.

2. FULL-CUSTOM

This approach gives the client full control of the customization of their van build. From drawings, dimensions, and selections from our offered materials; everything is custom. This approach is offered at a premium rate with a longer turn-around time.

HOW WE WORK

1. INQUIRE

. We’re happy to hear from you and are available to answer any questions that you may have! The best way to start the process is through our inquiry form on our website.

2. CONVERSATION

Upon receiving the inquiry form a representative will reach out to you via email and phone to get to know you and your goals for your van.

3. ESTIMATE

An estimate will be created outlining the estimated cost of your build using your submissions on the conversion inquiry form and any additional information provided in conversations.

4. FOLLOW UP DISCUSSION

Once the estimate has been received a representative will discuss the estimate with you in detail, finalize material selections and make any changes, if necessary, to ensure everyone is on the same page.

5. SERVICE CONTRACT

The service contract outlines an agreement between you and Off The Grid Vanworks. Here items like warranty, deposit, drop off date, timeline and payment schedule are outlined.

6. DEPOSIT

A deposit is collected to begin ordering parts and components with longer lead times.

7. BUILD

Where the fun begins! Updates and conversations are had along the way during the build to keep you up to date. You are welcome to schedule a visit at any time to check out your build as it progresses. Our semi-custom builds generally take 6-10 weeks to complete, while a full-custom build will take 12-16 weeks to complete.

8. VEHICLE PICK UP

The most exciting day in the process! A walk through of the van’s systems and components will ensure that you know how to operate all of the systems in your van with confidence.
